Where our story began

A family tradition
of hospitality.

In the 1970’s hippy travelers helped the "Late Durga Devi Poudel" to establish PEACE EYE GUEST HOUSE. Our commitment, since the 1970's has been to provide travelers with a unique experience in Nepal. Peace Eye Guest House is now run by Late Durga Devi's son Rishi Poudel with his Western/Nepali family. With more than 35 years of experience we have succeeded in providing a 5 Star service. Every day we strive to help you create lasting memories. We believe in GOOD KARMA and invite you to be a part of it.

Taal Café has regular music evening events and boasts some of Nepal’s finest classical musicians. Why not come and have a try yourself? Rishi (owner) is often on hand to teach you a few beats of the Tabla (Tradition Indian Drum).
